Dr. Michael Beck is South Atlantic Coordinator for Fresh Expressions US and North Central District Cultivator of Fresh Expressions for the Florida Conference of the United Methodist Church. He also leads the Fresh Expressions house of study at United Theological Seminary. Michael serves as senior pastor of Wildwood UMC where he directs addiction recovery programs, a jail ministry, a food pantry, and a network of fresh expressions that meet in places like tattoo parlors and burrito joints. He currently lives in Wildwood with his wife, Jill, and their blended family of 8 children.
Dr. Rosario PIcardo grew up in western New York as a first-generation Sicilian-American. In 2003, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Houghton College and in 2007 a Master of Divinity from Asbury Theological Seminary. He graduated with a Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary in 2014. During his senior year of college, Roz entered the ministry as a military chaplain, serving four years in the Marine Reserves and five years in the Navy Reserves. While attending seminary, he recognized a call to serve the local church and has experience in all facets of church life, through roles ranging from church custodian to associate pastor to church planter and executive pastor of church planting at Ginghamsburg Church who has three campuses and worships over 4,000. Also, Roz was one of the founding pastors at Mosaic, a new multicultural church in Dayton, Ohio, that recently celebrated its first year in the community launching with 564 people.
In addition to his work in the church Roz leads a consulting group for church planters/pastors called Picardo Coaching LLC and is the author of Embrace: A Church Plant That Broke All the Rules (Pickwick Publications), Ministry Makeover: Recovering a Theology of Bivocational Ministry (Wipf & Stock Publishers) and Funding Ministry with Five Loaves and Two Fishes (Abingdon Press). Dr. Picardo has one forthcoming in 2019, From Franchise to Local Dive (Market Square Publishing).
More recently Roz works bi-vocational at United Theological Seminary. He serves as Director of the Seminary’s Pohly Center for Supervision and Leadership Formation, a mentor in United’s Doctor of Ministry program and an affiliate faculty member and now as Dean of The Chapel. Links to

Gene Yotka is husband to his wife MaryAnn and father of 5 (Beau, Tara, Kitty, Kurt and Victoria), as well as grandfather to 6 (Isabella, Kaya, Alina, Lincoln, Richard and Kurt). He holds a master’s in divinity (M.Div.) as well as a masters in pastoral counseling (MAPC), both through Asbury Theological Seminary. Gene is also a graduate of the 3-year certification program in spiritual companionship with a practicum in spiritual direction from St. Thomas University. Gene is a retired pastor who spent 12 years of ministry in the local church. Winfield Bevins is a “liturgical missiologist” whose passion is to help others connect to the roots of the Christian faith for discipleship and mission. He currently serves as the Director of Church Planting at Asbury Theological Seminary. He frequently speaks at conferences on a variety of topics and as both an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at various seminaries and universities in the United States and England. He has a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Bio:
Steve's a retired university chaplain from Southern Methodist University. Before that gig, he served as professor of religion and campus minister at Southwestern College in Kansas. Pastoral ministry for 12 or so years before then, with a 3 year stint in an expatriate congregation outside Rome, Italy. Started adult life (post-college) as a junior high teacher and basketball and track coach. In some form or another, he has taught every age from Kindergarten through doctor of ministry students. He's married to Joni and they have four grown children and five grandchildren.
