Bio: Peter Rollins is an author, philosopher, storyteller, producer and public speaker who has authored numerous books, including Insurrection, The Idolatry of God, and The Divine Magician.
Peter gained his higher education from Queens University, Belfast where he earned degrees (with distinction) in Scholastic Philosophy (BA Hons), Political Theory and Social Criticism (MA) and Post-Structural thought (PhD). He was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, currently lives in Los Angeles and will die somewhere as yet not known.

Tara Beth Leach is a pastor, preacher of the Word, and a writer. She is a pastor at Christ Church of Oak Brook in the western suburbs of Chicago. She previously served as senior pastor of First Church of the Nazarene of Pasadena (“PazNaz”) in Southern California. She is a graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and Northern Theological Seminary. She is the author of Emboldened, Radiant Church, and Forty Days on Being a Six. In this episode Dr. Bryan Sims reflects on what adaptive and spiritual leadership looks like today.
Bio:
Bryan Sims has worked since 2001 as a Leadership and Organizational Change Coach with SLI where he has trained and coached leaders, teams, churches, and organizations over extended periods of time to bring spiritual awakening and missional effectiveness. He has coached in Anglican, Methodist, Free Methodist, Wesleyan, Baptist, Presbyterian, and non-denominational settings.
Bryan has also been a professor of Leadership and Lay Equipping at Asbury Theological Seminary since 2011. His teaching expertise relates to team leadership, equipping, leading change, adaptive spiritual leadership, and the link between leadership and discipleship.
Bryan is a graduate of West Texas A&M University (1998) and Asbury Theological Seminary (M.Div., 2003) and has a Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University (2009). He is author of Leading Together: in Christ, with one another, through our greatest challenges (100M Publishing, 2021) and has a authored a chapter in Leadership the Wesleyan Way (Emeth Press, 2016).
