Dr. Tod Bolsinger talks about navigating uncertainty and change using the principles of adaptive leadership taught in his books Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience: How Leaders are Formed in the Crucible of Change.
Bio:
Tod Bolsinger (PhD, Fuller Theological Seminary) is a speaker, executive coach, former pastor, and author who serves as associate professor of leadership formation and senior fellow for the De Pree Center for Leadership at Fuller Seminary. He is the author of Tempered Resilience and Canoeing the Mountains, which was named Outreach Magazine Resource of the Year in Pastoral Leadership, as well as the Christianity Today Award of Merit recipient It Takes a Church to Raise a Christian.
A frequent speaker and consultant, he serves as an executive coach for corporate, nonprofit, educational, and church organizations in transformational leadership. For seventeen years, he was the senior pastor of San Clemente Presbyterian Church in San Clemente, California, after serving for ten years at First Presbyterian Church of Hollywood. Tod and his wife, Beth, have two children.

Did the Exodus from Egypt Really happen? Dr. Mark Janzen (Ph.D.) takes us on a deep dive into the historical reliability of the Exodus from Egypt. Mark is the editor of Five Views on the Exodus: Historicity, Chronology, and Theological Implications (Zondervan).
Dr. Mark Janzen is an assistant professor of history at Louisiana College and deputy director of the Karnak Great Hypostyle Hall Project. His research interests include Egyptian history and culture, Egyptian epigraphy, the historicity of the Exodus, and the intersection of archaeology and biblical studies. He is the editor of Five Views of the Exodus and a co-host for OnScript - the Biblical World.

She is a regular contributor to Christianity Today and Missio Alliance and the author of The Vulnerable Pastor: How Human Limitations Empower Our Ministry (IVP). Her next book, Unfettered: Imagining a Childlike Faith Beyond the Baggage of Western Culture (Brazos), will release in May, 2021. Dr. Winfield Bevins is a “liturgical missiologist” whose passion is to help others connect to the roots of the Christian faith for discipleship and mission. He currently serves as the Director of Church Planting at Asbury Theological Seminary. He frequently speaks at conferences on a variety of topics and as both an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at various seminaries and universities in the United States and England. He has a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Dr. Mark Dunwoody has more than three decades of international experience as an entrepreneur and consultant to non-profits and faith communities. Originally from Belfast, Ireland, Mark has lived in five countries and is well known, internationally, in the missional conversation as a writer, trainer, speaker, strategist and coach.

Bio:
Brian Taylor began working in full-time ministry in 2002, serving as a campus director for Every Nation Campus Ministries on several campuses in Nashville, TN including: Vanderbilt, Tennessee State, and Fisk University. In 2007 Brian and his family moved to Orlando, FL to serve alongside Pastor Tim Johnson in starting Orlando World Outreach Center. After six years in Orlando, with two children and one on the way, Brian and his wife Chavonne moved to Cincinnati to launch Bethel Cincinnati Church as lead pastors.
In addition to his work in leading Bethel Cincinnati’s multiethnic congregation, Brian also serves as chaplain for the University of Cincinnati football team, and serves on the leadership team for The Mosaix Network. He holds Doctorate of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. Chavonne works alongside Brian as he pastors and leads the church. They have three beautiful children.
