Bio: Originally from Australia, Mandy Smith is a pastor, author and speaker. She is a regular contributor to Christianity Today and Missio Alliance and the author of The Vulnerable Pastor: How Human Limitations Empower Our Ministry (IVP). Her next book, Unfettered: Imagining a Childlike Faith Beyond the Baggage of Western Culture (Brazos), will release in May, 2021. Mandy and her husband, a New Testament professor, live with their family in a little house where the teapot is always warm.

Dr. Winfield Bevins is a “liturgical missiologist” whose passion is to help others connect to the roots of the Christian faith for discipleship and mission. He currently serves as the Director of Church Planting at Asbury Theological Seminary. He frequently speaks at conferences on a variety of topics and as both an adjunct professor and guest lecturer at various seminaries and universities in the United States and England. He has a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest and is pursuing a PhD at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland.
Dr. Mark Dunwoody has more than three decades of international experience as an entrepreneur and consultant to non-profits and faith communities. Originally from Belfast, Ireland, Mark has lived in five countries and is well known, internationally, in the missional conversation as a writer, trainer, speaker, strategist and coach.

In episode, Dr. Brian Taylor, lead pastor of Every Nation, takes us on deep dive into church planting and leading a multi-ethnic black led church.
Bio:
Brian Taylor began working in full-time ministry in 2002, serving as a campus director for Every Nation Campus Ministries on several campuses in Nashville, TN including: Vanderbilt, Tennessee State, and Fisk University. In 2007 Brian and his family moved to Orlando, FL to serve alongside Pastor Tim Johnson in starting Orlando World Outreach Center. After six years in Orlando, with two children and one on the way, Brian and his wife Chavonne moved to Cincinnati to launch Bethel Cincinnati Church as lead pastors.
In addition to his work in leading Bethel Cincinnati’s multiethnic congregation, Brian also serves as chaplain for the University of Cincinnati football team, and serves on the leadership team for The Mosaix Network. He holds Doctorate of Ministry degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. Chavonne works alongside Brian as he pastors and leads the church. They have three beautiful children.

Peter gained his higher education from Queens University, Belfast where he earned degrees (with distinction) in Scholastic Philosophy (BA Hons), Political Theory and Social Criticism (MA) and Post-Structural thought (PhD).
